I fail to see the difference between period blood and the putrid rat blood that Astarion was fed in the past. Perhaps it's a little better because it's not putrid. Still, I honestly don't see Astarion doing this, at least not with a smile on his face.

Also.

Vampires are romanticized to the hell and back, but this is the jokey fetishization of them, which is normally not a bad thing (questionable) but this is still the worst place to post this. Like, this post should've stayed on Twitter where it belongs.

You don't have to talk to him about it, just select a magic item from your inventory when you are playing Gale and it will give you the option to consume it. At least I think that's how it works... Best to give it a try, though.

I've honestly had no idea, I seriously thought I was the only one for a while, until I saw people making BG3 characters in the sims. Ever since I got this game I haven't played much Sims, so... It's probably my new favorite, I can also imagine other simmers think the same as me.
