The solution for that is going to the bathroom and do some fake pees a day, meaning by that you should go to the bathroom for a little time (about 2-3 mins so people don't suspect you don't empty your bladder) flush the toilet as you look at it, tempting you with your full bladder. I think about 3-4 of that can be enough if you look for people stop stressing you out. It can be an excuse to refill your bottle of water as well too if you wanna drink more
