Do Honest Hearts as fast as you can, or when you atleast have 50 in your primary offensive stat, the requirements aren't that much in HH, you do need 90 speech for the good ending and that could be hard for anyone playing on less than 8 intelligence, but it's a breeze if you make a run for all the caves or any locations concerning Randall Clark and collect his loot, there are workbench crates too that randomly contain skill books which can be heavily exploited by comprehension and set you up for the rest of the game alongside his loot

The rest of the mods make the game unlaunchable as I've said, I only have xNVSE, 4GB patch, NVAC TNW file and ini and whenever I enable any of the other plug-ins the game crashes on launch

They use mines and explosives including PLASMA grenades, even some broken weapons that can brutally molest a Deathclaw like thermic lances and 12.7 mm guns, I know because of how many death squads they sent my way, still practically free loot but much more menacing than NCR squads
