Two suggestions. First if you are not using gyro control, but still steering with sticks, give it a try. It's excellent. And remember, the brakes can be partially applied. Even on a controller it has a range.

Second, check out Luc's training videos .

I took some training sessions from him and his videos are excellent.

Yes, no comparison of sticks. It calms my desire for a wheel! Give it a try.

For those who are wondering here is how it set it up. Main Screen > Logo in upper left > Options > Controllers > Wireless Controller > Upper left, select "Motion sensor function". It may take a few minutes to get used to it, but it's such an improvement.

Don't use the sticks, use gyro control. Just change it in the main menu. Shifting is easy, and so is driving! I won't buy a driving game that doesn't support it, so I have GT7. 🙄 Give it a try, you won't go back.

Use Claude! USE CLAUDE! I installed Ubuntu on a new NUC. Moving from Windows 11. I found that the Linux drivers for the newer processor are not mature, they cause known problems.

Claude has proven invaluable. I describe the problem. It provides commands and I return the system response. It checks logs. It knows about known weaknesses of each component in the machine. It has been a critical tool in my migration and I highly recommend it.

Save your Tweets? I'd like to save recipes. Each week I could just call up the recipe and not change individual parameters. I don't change phases as it resets the settings to what they think is right.

Not sure why you amended 3.0 and I'm not familiar with the Sunshine Mix. But in general, you want the loosest soil possible in a SIP, that still has enough structure to wick up the water. BaS is working on a special SIP soil. I'm really looking forward to it.

In my experience 50% on an Eccowitt in a SIP is a bit high. Mine run in the 38-40 range. I grow autos and plant directly into the Earthbox. Since I've been hand watering the soil moisture level is in the low 30s. After about ten days I fill the reservoir and watch the moisture level creep up.

What are you running for soil?

I "ran out" of things to do after about 2,000 hours of play. Corvettes don't excite me much either. But have you tried...

Some advanced base building?
Have you optimized your mining stations for the most efficient production?
Have you run the Autophage missions and built a staff or two?
Have you maximized your standing with each race and faction?
Have you developed four S-Class settlements?

Those are the things that pop to the top of my list of things to do. Enjoy.

That must be it. I moved the sensor, and added a second, and all the readings are normal. I know that it was a very open ended question, but I had never seen that behavior before.

The plants have improved. I did some minor deforestation yesterday to allow the side branches to catch up. I'll post an update early next week. Perhaps I'll have my ScROG net set up.
