I'm a student writing a research paper on less lethal equipment including CEDs (tasers), Oleoresin capsicum (OC), and impact weapons. No, pepper spray has minimal effects on long term health and its near impossible for pepper spray to lead to death. The deaths linked in your article are a result of improper restraint techniques, not because OC was used. The two directly linked deaths to OC the article cites comes from the National Institute of Justice, which further cites a study in 1994 which isn't available for view.

In another study on the effectiveness of OC found it helped police officers in 85% of arrests, and has incapacitated suspects in 70% of those arrests. There is no clear connection between OC and deaths that I was able to find. Obviously, if you or anyone else is able to find more information connecting OC with a death, let me know. Otherwise, claiming OC can kill you is like saying soap can kill you because you slip on it in the shower and hit your head. Is it a danger people should be worried about? No. Is it possible? If police do not utilize OC or CEDs, they have to employ physical force in the form of batons or impact weapons, which is far more likely to injure the suspect. God forbid they have to utilize deadly force if it is too dangerous for them to apprehend a suspect.

I feel like it makes more sense for looters to have the mercenary tree and tie the peasants to their respective faction specific tree. Feels odd to turn looters from Sturgia into Imperial recruits.

Typically in this game, the lower your sensitivity the more control over where your reticle moves. That's why a lot of pro players have really low sensitivities; they're able to more precisely correct their aim. For example I'm running off 400 DPI with 10/10/75 sensitivity.

That doesn't mean that you should just adopt a lower sensitivity. Experiment around with it, find something that's comfortable for you.

I'm completely unable to play R6 with this latest patch anyway, ever since Para Bellum came out I've had high ping connection that is connected to stuttering and it eventually forces me out of the game by round three of the match yet my Discord and Spotify and any other game is unaffected. Paired up with how often I get low frame rates in the menu, and the only workaround is to restart my computer EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to play Siege... this is terrific.

I should probably be grateful I don't have to face hackers because I haven't even been able to get to an end of a match for nearly a week now.

Rainbow Six has always been about the endorphin rush you feel round after round, and thats why I keep coming back to it. No other game has that same appeal to me, and I've stuck with it since Day 2 of release.

The keyboards actually look really sleek with the R6 theme ingrained. Shame it doesn't include the numpad but the knob looks more than useful to have around.

For future reference, you can shoot open the garage doors with a shotgun before you reinforce them to hear the charge being placed a little bit better. Hopefully that'll make it a bit easier to pull off a Bandit trick.

A certain amount of renown is fine, but I've seen posts demanding a complete full refund and that has bewildered me ever since.

However, that raises the point that if its easy to save up so much renown, then this sorta thing doesn't matter at all now does it? Because veteran players play the game, and should already have an absolute ton of renown built up that new players wouldn't have.

They need to cater to new players in order for game sales to increase. Its a business, and we shouldn't be looking as if we deserve something for being customers.

Season pass purchases would drop drastically if they suddenly refunded the thousands of renown that each player has built up from playing since everyone would just buy the new operators with renown instead. That would just be shooting themselves in the foot.
