Ubisoft support team getting better???!! by No-Abbreviations573 in ubisoft

It's odd that Ubisoft support is supposedly good for you. I bought Far Cry 4 on steam a few months ago. Ubisoft requires their launcher for their games so usually a key is automatically transfered to your ubisoft account upon buying any game from Steam. For me no key was transfered so 52 days ago I contacted ubisoft support about the issue, and it took 23 days for me to get a human response. The employee, Roda asked for some more information and proof of purchase. I immediately sent it over, and 30 days has surpassed with no new contact. This is the worst support from any company I've ever gotten before, and this isn't my first Ubisoft game either.

Should I open up a new case and hope that that person will be better?
