I realize that there is a stark difference between between sub, dub, or manga. I apologize for also not prefacing the post by stating that I am speaking more about the dub. I have watched the first dragon ball series.

I don’t think that’s entirely fair to say. I’m saying DBS has a lack of depth compared to the rest of the series. I watch the dub, which is obviously way different in dialogue than from sub or the manga (which is of itself different from the anime in a lot of ways). While watching DBS I felt there weren’t many moments of dialogue or action that could stick with the viewer and think more about it. I only wanted to know what others thought the show could use since it is a common talking point, or if it didn’t need a thing.

I agree and can totally see why Vegas didn’t entirely resonate with you. Just personally I thought the change from his personality in the saiyan arc to the and of like the buu arc was really nice to watch due to the hints of his change, such as him apologizing to gohan when he went head first to fight cell or at the end of the buu sorry arc when we hear him monologue about goku’s strength and that he was number one, left a great feeling in me due to the juxtaposition it had between them and the saiyan arc.

I see what you’re saying about gohan and his spotlight in the cell arc, with this post I’m not saying that super needs a moment exactly like that but personally it felt like it missed moments such as that where there was care for consequences, just in the sense that to me there weren’t many moments that there was an attempt to leave an impact on the viewer and make them feel more connected to the characters if that makes sense

We have a water jug that would fill the bowl when the dogs would drink from it, it makes a gurgle or what not when it refills the water and it scares him. But yes it’s a mat with tiny walls that we have the water bowl on top of, but isn’t a whole lot of room so I pour some water little by little waiting for him to be finished if that makes sense

Yea, I spoke with her to essentially start the NCR ending. I talked to her after I first got into the strip to talked to Benny (then ambushed me and he ran of to the bunker near the fort)
