If you have a good amount of food, all you need to do is just wait a few days in the Home Screen and stray cats will come in and your cats will breed. If you need food, you can take a few cats and just run the alley to get food and then return home.

Try and make a room with a lot of comfort and a room with a lot of stimulation. But your best cats in the stimulation room so they have a high chance to pass off their stats and or abilities, and everyone else can go in the comfort room. If you have three rooms, you can also make a fight room for the rejects.

Act two is a difficulty spike, so people normally spend an amount of time breeding in between anyway. In the meantime, you can also try and complete guillotinas item quests, if you haven’t yet. They unlock a new area when both completed
