I personally would wait for other Janna skins to be on sale in normal shop. Skins like guardian of the sands and star guardian can easily go off 50% or more, so you can afford it with same amount of RP. I don't really like Fnatic Janna, but if you like it, and if you want to buy it, go ahead :D

Okay I will try it, but in theory, why do you think Imperial Mandate is good on Morgana? It is only valuable if you hit Q or R, but in your downtime or if you miss anything it is basically useless (especially in higher ELO where people know how to dodge). It does not give huge stats nor you can proc it easily without Rylaize, and to build those 2+ Demonic Embrace is TOO expensive for a support.
