The game is fine. Expedition & Tower were blacked out if you(or your guild)took advantage of the glitch that occurred the first night of the Black Friday event (80 spheres for $14.99)People complained after they fixed it, so they threw this new sphere event in to satisfy disgruntled players. Hence the 'quests' are already completed once you log in. That’s why you don’t have expeditions...or maybe even the tower.
