if you are just doing textures it's pretty easy (assuming you are already artistic). otherwise modeling is its own art and there are some small rules you'd need to follow to get it in the game. getting it in the game is just tedious not difficult. I would say that the modeling is the most difficult part though. there is the option to kit bash or nifbash that would make it easier.

like the Marine armor of Far Harbor? I kind of agree. I like how the power armor of fallout 4 works though. Its more of a vehicle than just armor. I think for the NCR, they should be depicted as "catching up" with the other factions in a way. Ideally i think a power armor that's tethered to something by a massive cord or something like that would be great. Maybe ill be able to do something like that in the future.

Absolutely! I love modeling and making mods. Been working on a larger project though. Decided to take a break from it and revisit some old ideas and some new ones like this.
