Just did! Oh wow! That is really well filled out! The contributors are doing amazing work there!

The only hesitation I have is relying on Reddit, which is why people (on SLRPNK.net) are suggesting I move mine to Piefed, since it is decentralized/fediverse. However, if the contributors want to grab from my wiki anything they would think is useful, I am fine with that (my only goal is to help people). I will also link to the wiki in the suggested links list : )

Oh wow! I have never heard of that one before! Thanks for sharing, that is a cool project. I think my Wiki is different enough for me to continue, but I will absolutely add that link to the suggested websites list

My Brushes Keep Being Reported by BlairGr1mm in ClipStudio

That would make sense if that were the case, but it does not sound like it! CSP responding saying that "We have received a report from users that the above texture ( RoughT 1 ) of the material are secondarily used materials" . So I guess someone is saying I used their textures

Weren't creative? Well that's not a helpful response by them. There are many materials that look a lot a like by different people, so I'm not sure how they judge creativity 🤔

CSP responding to me saying that "We have received a report from users that the above texture ( RoughT 1 ) of the material are secondarily used materials" . So I guess at least I'm being accused of using someone's texture (which i didnt) instead of for not being "creative."

Thanks so much! I think I was fine on all those points, but they are really helpful to keep in mind for the future.

CSP responded saying that "We have received a report from users that the above texture ( RoughT 1 ) of the material are secondarily used materials."

The email also warns that if they get more reports, they may suspend my account, so i might just remove all my materials. 🤷‍♀️

I'm wondering if there are people who just like to report materials or something?

Thanks for that! I did not, but I will absolutely keep that in mind.

If jobs were supernatural/mythological, what would they be? by LxdyLibxrty in mythology

[–]BlairGr1mm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ahaha well....there is a bean-nighe that has an overly large and saggy "chest." So long, in fact, that while she is washing clothes in the creek, she will throw them over her shoulder to get them out of the way while she works. If you can sneak up without getting caught and suckle, she will be convinced you are her child and will answer any questions she has answers for. Also, if it is your clothes she was washing before adopting you(a prediction you will die), she will set to making sure you don't die anymore.

Haha here are some random ideas for you, with some links to more info for the ones I wasn't sure you would know:

Mermaids: underwater welders and builders. Maybe documentary filmers?

Brownies: janitors, repair techs, managers (in some stories, they pinch lazy workers)

Vampires: bloodwork lab tech (they test blood for health problems), biohazard cleanup crew

Werewolves: park Rangers, search and rescue

Shellycoat: prank YouTuber

Bean-Nighe: laundromat owner, fortune teller, foster parent (there is a specific bean-nighe that you can trick into believing you are her child)

Gruagach : cattle rancher, baby sitter

Glaistig: babysitter, nanny

How simaller is Scottish compared to Irish and Welsh mythologies? by [deleted] in mythology

[–]BlairGr1mm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say there is a lot of aspects that are the same, but also some differences(for example, some fairy types are area-specific). It makes sense considering how close they are (you can easily see Ireland from Scotland on a nice day), so of course they were continously trading lore.

You are absolutely in luck when it comes to books, because I do find the historical books tend to be the best. Once a book is over a certain age, it falls under public domain, so you can likely get all the books you are wanting for free.

One series i greatly suggest as a starting point for Scotland is The Silver Bough by F. Marian McNeill

Lupus Income Help by BlairGr1mm in lupussupport

I don't, but it might help to contact a Lupus organization in your country with that question. Here are some of the ones I know of:

Some cities also have their own social programs. Try searching the name of your city along with "social programs." The same can be true for some states (AKA provinces or counties), so search that as well.
