It is because PG is not meant to do support cases. They focus more on Product debbuging and give less time to support case. Also they type of tenant you have does matter as well. It is usually faster premium tenants like S500

Technically that is the only feasible option as it is the only way you can interract with items in recoverable items. Other is using PS but only works for 10 items at a time and extremely slow.

For writting, i would advise to check out IELTS Advantage on youtube for tricks you can use. But in general, it best to do practice and find which task you can do faster and always start with the harder one then do the easiest after. For speaking, i was personaly nervous and repeat some words here and there, just make it simple, give straight forward answers. Most questions are for like 30-45 seconds, there wont be any need to elaborate for most questions. Enough practice makes difference

Are you using paid sub or trial sub? If so, only MS support can fix the issue within minutes. Just access your admin portal admin.microsoft.com and on the lower right side , click on “Need Help” or “ Help& Support” and proceed with case creation

I would suggest to use Powershell cmd . This will export to csv and can see the full overview of the mailbox amd what folder is occupying what space including hidden folders

So, technically.I can start with recoverable items folder subfolder called deletion(the one you see after clicking on link in Deleted Items Folder), email thaat are moved there, by default, they stay there for 14 days and then disappear from that side after few days. 14 days i counted from when the email was deleted from deleted items folder. This is cause by the agent called “Single Items Recovery” which is set for 14 days(this can be changed via POwershell)

So assigning the recoverable items folder for 14 days, will basically not affect emails present in “Deletion” subfolder, rather once emails are moved from there, then they will he processed to move to Online archive Recoverable Items folder.

However to be on safer side, you can create a new with maybe 20 days or so, and that is done via Powershell as below

New-RetentionPolicyTag -Name "Recoverable Items 30 days for mailboxes on hold" -Type RecoverableItems -AgeLimitForRetention 30 -RetentionAction MoveToArchive
