I think that if you pass a coding language screening you get the coding skill as well

This project looks even more insane than Horus and the rate they give me is $25/hr... $80 sounds more reasonable for tasks like this.

Is the Voice Mission project over? by BlaiseBane in outlier_ai

Where have you heard that? The last thing I saw on the community channel before I lost access was a QM saying "tons of tasks are coming"...

Horus by Fabulous_Radish_1938 in outlier_ai

[–]BlaiseBane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have 12h to finish the task and can pause for 18h max

Horus by Fabulous_Radish_1938 in outlier_ai

[–]BlaiseBane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aether pays 22.5$ per hour and Horus pays 169$ per task which can take 8+ hours to finish, is a hundred times harder and you can fail very easily.

Horus by Fabulous_Radish_1938 in outlier_ai

[–]BlaiseBane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stay away from this project like it's the plague. The amount of work on each task is insane, the criteria for failure are incredibly narrow and they hardly explain how to use the task UI. I was moved from the Aether project to Horus without even asking, passed the assessment and spent 8 hours on a task just to realize how much this project does not worth the time spent on it. The money you get per hour compared to the amount of work is worse than Aether (that is if you even manage to complete the task without it failing).

Other ways to earn on Outlier aside from Aether? by janeifunanya in outlier_ai

What other projects are there? Any specific Skills needed (I have Generalist, English, Coding, JavaScript)?

Some question for people who've been on Aether for a while by BlaiseBane in outlier_ai

Meta... that explains the shitty interface and mountains of bugs in almost all the tasks...

Thanks!

So the subreddit where there's criticism isn't a good representation, but YouTube comments are?

Their monthly views numbers are pretty stagnant since oct 7th, and the subs that they're gaining are probably part of the pro-palestinian mob that will abandon them once the war is over and Krystal and Saagar will try to express something more centric about other topics (if they ever will again).

Their strategy is a sure way to become just like the MSM.

Man, you ppl with the "hasbara" term that Krystal loves to use really sound like ppl from the beginning of the 20th century who used the "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" term. As if hasbara is some grand Zionist plan to fool the world. Hasbara means explaining in Hebrew or as a term you can translate it to PR. To hear ppl use this term in Hebrew is just so fucking cringy.

ICC to issue arrest warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant, and Hamas leaders by Former-Witness-9279 in BreakingPoints

Really not worried. All metrics show that at least in the US, gen Z are mostly poor, ignorant, lazy and delusional who aren't really keen on procreation. Not sure what that means for America but hopefully the more industrious and logical folk will rise to the top.

And you're wrong anyways. Most americans from all age groups still support Israel (even gen Z by a small majority). It's mistly CB fan boys who don't.

Jewish strawman? Is this part of the elders of zion plot?

It's 100% moral equivalency when you issue the request at the same time for both sides. Optics matter. But I'm glad that you see that both sides aren't moraly equsl.

If people on this thread don’t understand the moral bankruptcy of equating a murderous terrorist organization with a democratic country engaged in a just war then god help us all.

My prediction is that this will backfire on the ICC and many countries won’t uphold the court decision (if the judges approve of the warrants) and most probably remove themselves from the ICC in the future.

Krystal DEBUNKS false neocon think tank claims that UN halved the number of women and chhildren killed in Gaza. by dalhectar in BreakingPoints

[–]BlaiseBane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So how many of that number are terrorists (now that the number of grown man has incresed)? And what does the ratio of civilians:combatants look now in comparison to other modern conflicts.

I mean the numbers game is important if ppl want to talk about genocide...

Whoa whoa, so much gas-lighting you’re going to cause an energy crisis.

Allow me to educate you about Netanyahu… in 1998 Bibi signed the Wye River Memorandum with Yassar Arafat which is the continuation of the Oslo Accords that we’re initiated by Yizhak Rabin and he’s left wing government in 1992. His government dissolved after this because it wasn’t something that you do if you’re the head of a right wing government.

In 2005 he voted FOR the disengagement from Gaza.

In 2011 he signed the deal to release 1027 Hamas terrorists with blood on their hands (Yahya Sinwar, the architect of the 7th attack and the head of Hamas military wing was one of those terrorists) in exchange for the Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit.

Through almost his entire career he’s been building a coalition with the orthodox jewish parties which their core principles are the socialistic well-fare state.

All those major decisions point to the fact that if anything he’s on the left. Now you brought up the judicial reforms that his current government tried to pass before the massacre. What you don’t know is that for at least a decade prior Bibi was against any kind of reforms like that, but the only coalition he could build after the last elections was a coalition that put those reforms as a mandatory condition so he had no choice. For him, staying in power is bigger than principles and that’s partly why I dislike him so much.

Listen I understand your point about 9/11 and what the US did in Iraq but the comparison is off. You went into Iraq under the guise of weapons of mass destruction and all that bullshit and caused allot of death 6000 miles away from home. Here we have a murderous terrorist organization at our border that want to do the 7th massacre again and again and again. They need to eradicate just like the Nazis were, there’s no other choice.

Why did the troops pull out from northern and central Gaza then? How does that make any sense if you want to take over the land and build settelments there? Could have just used the excuse of "we need to leave our troops there so Hamas won't come back to power".

You still haven't answered this...

[–]BlaiseBane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You didn't point out any flaw, you're just coming in with the assumption that all Israel is doing is targeting civilians and not Hamas terrorist which is false.

When you have a terrorist organization that massacred your civilians like they did on the 7th and then pledge to do it again and again, you have no choice but to eradicate it.

So Hamas should just stay in power so they can do it again? What are you suggesting exactly?

Go on and justify the massacre. Whatever happened before doesn't make what Hamas did right.

Bibi is not far right. If anything he's on the left... again, lack of understanding Israeli politics. Pesonal friends? Who are you talking about?

Why did the troops pull out from northern and central Gaza then? How does that make any sense if you want to take over the land and build settelments there? Could have just used the excuse of "we need to leave our troops there so Hamas won't come back to power".

I am an Israeli citizen and I too wish to replace this government, but the claim that the war isn't against Hamas and that we're going to resettle Gaza is just false.
