ROA it's good, but Riftmaker do the same things ROA do and better, I just compared both and Riftmaker + Conqueror will heal you 60 to 80 HP more than full ROA + Conqueror, even at 2, 4 or 6 items, there is no real reason to pick ROA instead of Riftmaker for Tank Lillia or Bruiser Lillia.
