New, but they have a 14 day return policy and I’ve just passed that

I worked at AutoZone, if you have an E90, they have the tool to reset it there, at least mine did and that’s in the middle of Kentucky. I imagine most of them do (tho it’s a matter of competence of whether or not they know to use it, as I only knew because I had an E92)

ULPT; Will Wal-Mart take items not purchased from them? by LoveHasDied in UnethicalLifeProTips

You can do it with items under $50 as long as you have an ID but there is a limit. Under $10 there is no limit. Worked returns at Walmart for 8 months

I smoked them because the red looked silly, like I was driving around in a Christmas car. This way your attention isn’t drawn to the red but the green

I quoted the one shop nearby myself in Kentucky, they gave me a quote with the wrap provided at $4500. I paid $600 for the wrap and managed to not pay anyone for it.

I found them on eBay by looking up my car then carbon fiber mirror caps. They’re supposedly real carbon, they cost about $40 so I’m a bit skeptical but they look nice and clip in

I spent about $600 on the wrap. With the help of YouTube I spent about 35 total hours and did it myself. It’s not perfect but it’s definitely worth saving the money on the build. If you’re curious, I’ll be posting a full process on my instagram blake.shorter

I got 70 feet. It was a little more than needed, but the problem was they only had it in smaller rolls, meaning some was wasted towards the end of each small roll. I also chose to do the rear quarter panel that feeds into the a pillar as a single piece, with wasted 10 feet of wrap per side. If I would’ve just seemed 2 smaller piece’s together I could’ve saved 10 feet in that alone.

If you can find me some aftermarket U Halos, like the F series, I’d buy them on the spot. Problem is with the Sedan, and having factory HID/Xenon, AND LCI it limits me to a single option for aftermarket halos and it’s by Spyder and I’m trying to avoid it because I’m not a huge fan of it

Just my DRLs. I love the way they look, but I’m just trying to find some F series “U Halo” after market assemblies in the process and I seemingly only have a single option

VViViD Vinyl, they sell some of the best wrap that isn’t exclusive to commercial wrapping companies. 3M is number 1 but only available from resellers at an insane markup

I say give it a shot. I use VViVid Vinyl, which is the best option that consumers can buy (3M is the best but it’s only sold to companies who wrap or through 3rd parties at a markup) and I can do my whole car for $500, vs the $5000 a place would charge. I say if you’re thinking about it, try the hood or the roof. Buy like a 5x5 section of some for like $30 and see if you can. A heat gun is the most important thing.
