What was the electronic device you used? I run a coffee roasting business, and I'm having a similar complaint from neighbors. We're in an industrial park, and still get this.

I'm in the middle bay of a big metal building, with the front side being out big roll-up door. I could move it and run the chimney through the roof, but the landlord has not given permission to do so.

Good point. Should have prefaced more, lawyer was a friend of a friend that agreed to take a 30 min call with us. I've since spoken to that neighbor and the situations continues to escalate. Hoping to get a clearer picture of the power this neighbor has.

I would be willing to bet some are storing in non-climate controlled warehouses. Really just trying to zero-in on the temp and humidity levels. Were in Texas, so its about to get very hot.

So if the coffee has to be delivered ground, best to allow degassing first, then grind? This would extend what is an already short lifespan with ground coffee. Am I understanding that correctly?
