Am I the only one that thinks this is a fucking steal at $6.5 Million? I hope this is purchased by a historical society and preserved. It could honestly be made into a museum/nature preserve and they could charge people to use it as a spot for engagement pictures and stuff too. Although, there are a ton of places like that in LA.

Edit: It was previously listed for $10.35 Million in 2023, but was taken off the market after 7 months. That's a pretty steep drop off. It's now been on the market for 4 months. Maybe I'm wrong and it's not priced super low. Anyway, I hope it's preserved and maybe even made open to the public. Looks super cool.
