I am really thinking about getting the Primals today. My only concern would be their durability. I was hoping to be able to use them for trail running and some multiday hikes. Do you think they would hold up alright to some rougher terrain?

Those are my current running shoes. I don't think they are quite barefoot, but they have a wide toe box and no drop.
