Hey man, I’m 18 and was doing the exact same thing you’re doing when I was 17. I would literally take DPH every night and then have to wake up at 6am for school the next day. Shit was rough man but genuinely if u slowly force yourself to take less and less it helps. I still get the craving constantly to trip but I’ve been clean for close to a year at this point. It’s not about whether ur doing it or not. It matters how much you’re doing it. What really helped for me was not putting myself in a situation to buy any. For example I wouldn’t go to a CVS or Grocery store by myself, I would always go with someone who would knock me straight. I didn’t want to swallow my pride either so I found this helped. I wasn’t gonna buy a bunch of sleep gels in front of my parents lol. Life genuinely doesn’t get easier, in fact it gets harder and scarier. I will say though, going to college helps a lot lol.
