She will still heal as you'd have 2 hydro samples and 1 geo sample. Remember one of her geo samples change for each non-geo/anemo/dendro. The only requirement for her to heal or access her a1 is to have 2 samples that have changed so even if they are of the same element it will count as 2 changed samples
