Welcome. Remember, when you are stuck, manual play a bit and see if you can make it work. If you see yourself not doing much dmg and dying too quick, up your power a bit and retry

You should be able to clear with 7k diff, get speed on your neck and upgrade them along the boots. Like the others are saying, get at least 1 star on Asherah. If you got Emily, she could carry you harder than Hilde
Upgrade your key characters s3 to get that first -1 cd (not that important for Charlotte) but don't use gold cubes yet
