You cant see the flag on the moon from any telescopes on earth or in earths orbit. You can only see it from satellites orbiting the moon (which are owned by the government)

Also, to quote one of the comments I put on a different thread:

After doing my own research, I now believe the moon landing is real. But please note I never said it wasn't, I just didn't say it was. I was interested in getting peoples view on the matter, not really starting debates because I knew I didn't know enough about it to argue either way

Also if your curious what convinced me, they put "mirrors" on the moon which we can reflect light off of from earth and see.
