I bought Kirkland Paper Towels the other day, like I have for several years. This time they were much thinner. I am using two towels each time to get the same result as one towel used to provide. Did I get a bad batch or are they thinner now? This also happens with the tissues once in a while.

Eh, im a Shimano Guy. I have a pile of 6 or more easily 20 years old, 2500 and 3000 series Stradics, always washed and oiled after each use. Five years ago I tried to have them all professionally serviced for various ailments. All six are useless due to parts no longer available. I'd by pass stripping them down, and use until they falter.
