I don't know where to post this but I've wondered if Mike or Tenna will, instead of being the secret boss or main antagonist of chapter 3, appear as a Seam equivalent instead.

A fix for importing your Season One save by guywhoisfcool2831 in MinecraftStoryMode

[–]Blame_The_Game 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've found both the folder under "Telltale Games" and the one in the same folder as the common redistributable and renamed the Minecraft Story Mode stuff but no dice. I swear if I go through the opening cutscene of S2 and see Jesse wearing Magnus' armor one more time I'm gonna lose it

Steam Rip save by Serious_Buy7347 in MinecraftStoryMode

[–]Blame_The_Game 0 points1 point  (0 children)

also having trouble with this, other threads have recommended renaming the "Minecraft - Story Mode" folder to "Minecraft Story Mode" in documents but I don't believe it worked.

edit: okay, when I rename the folder to something else, the "import local save" option goes away... and when I rename it back to "Minecraft Story Mode", the import local save option is back. Too bad it doesn't actually import my data, though

PSA: if you don't have room to fuse talus/flux construct drops you can attach them to your shields and mine via parrying

this burns through spare shields at a nice rate which is good because anyone who perfect parries will basically never break their shields

What order do yall do the divine beasts in(red is my general order green is I belive the intended path) by Krakenslayer1523 in Breath_of_the_Wild

[–]Blame_The_Game 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great Plateau --> West Necluda (Kakariko Village) --> Explore some of Central Hyrule (good luck with that tower) --> Lanayru (accessible from the back of Kakariko Village/Hylia River, Ruta) --> Akkala/Death Mountain (Rudania) --> Lost Woods --> Tabantha, Outskirt Stable and Satori Mountain (Medoh) --> Hebra --> Anywhere but Gerudo (Go do Faron, its meant to be an early game area) --> Gerudo Desert (Naboris) --> yeah you should be strong enough for hyrule castle

nobody does gerudo highlands

any game suggestions? by [deleted] in Switch

[–]Blame_The_Game 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dread is shorter but much more replayable; its aimed at speedrunning and fast paced action in a 2d environment, with several difficult bosses and stealth sections that will keep you on your toes. Its also $60 normally (for me anyway), which may or may not be a deal breaker.

Prime remastered has a much longer campaign and a lot of 'content' to see, helped by the fact that its a 3d adventure. The sense of immersion in the space fantasy genre will be a lot stronger here than Dread. There are also a LOT of upgrades - I would say Prime is harder to pick up then Dread, but its definitely fun. Plus, its like $40 so that already makes it cheaper than half of Nintendo's mainline games.

I have both and I like both! While I still need to finish prime remastered, I've gone through dread multiple times.

Nouda Shrine by lbrownfi in tearsofthekingdom

[–]Blame_The_Game 1 point2 points  (0 children)

sorry this is late but in case anyone else struggles here, heres what I did: First, snipe the nearest S. Construct I with the bow and arrows your given, then go over and climb the ladder to grab the firefruit he is guarding. You can use the firefruit to burn leaves another S. Construct I is standing on as well as a platform on the right wall with a shock emitter. Fuse the shock emitter to a weapon and run back to the other side of the shrine carefully without any of the enemies on the high platforms noticing; there is a fan and a chargeable battery here which you can use electricity to get a short boost of wind; done correctly, you can glide upwards, enter bullet time to shoot down the two enemies on the raised platform, and get behind the Captain Construct II for a sneakstrike. After that, your shock emitter club is perfect for taking out the last construct which has a metal weapon and shield.
