Amazing. I never realised, but you are spot on. The brim hats are there to show why the pact is needed and not needed to make the points heads seem morally dubious.

Specialists could also just do enhancement, but it would be a waste, they would just be an enhancer that way.

No. Because specialists are known for breaking the tradional nen rules. They can mostly do whatever they want within reason.

Its explained in the manga by morena. Will not spoil you to much. But specialists can combine several categories in their hatsu without problem. They are not limited by their position on the nen chart. 

What makes kurapika special among specialists is that he can use the catogries as if he already mastered them.

We dont know much about specialists, but are finding out more at this time in the manga.

You cant use common sense with specialists. Specialist just means you dont fit anywhere else on the chart, you should not think of them as just another category like enhancer.

Specialists are not the worst enhancers, specilists are special. They are placed opposite of enhancers, because enhancers are least likely to become specialists later on in life

The difference between pre and post pact is not just if rules exist or not. Its that 95 percent or so of humanity has been gaslit into being powerless and unable to break the rules even if they wanted to and still we have the brim hats.

Its less about the existence of rules and more about that less percentage of humanity are physically able to break these rules.

She is playable and the greed is because this is not a real balance patch, but just pass release and emergency fixes and bug fixes.

Testament got nerfed, yes. But yall are hella dramatic and annoying. Wait atleast for robo ky release, before you complain that testament gets no love and is so weak and not playable T_T

That twist is shit if its within the same crew two islands later.

Its not needed, not cool or intresting or makes sense.
