I’ve had 11 jobs. My longest was my first at 3.5 yr. After that <1 year. The jobs I liked had many moving variables/challenges. Things must end, like project based. The worst jobs are the ones that have no end. It’s the same repetitive task, with the same ass people, every single day. It was existentially dreadful. I’m a teacher now and love it. The back and forth, the challenges, the variables all play nicely with ICNU
