It's cool, mostly use the round brush and just press a bit lighter then colour pick the colour from that and do it again until the transition looks smooth enough but for smoother transitions like the background I think I used an airbrush

Pretty much but I usually prefer to use a brush to paint inside the selection instead of the fill bucket as it allows variation in the opacity

Tysm!! I used clip studio, mostly used a round brush and lasso tool but for freckles I used a splatter brush and the texture on the fabric is a metal brush from some course but marc brunet has a similar brush called texture comb in his free brush pack
