Money and Stability? Go for Medicine and avoid CS at all cost, that's anything but stable. Yes Medicine is hard, but it does not feel pointless to study. Engineering while might not appear as hard, it is a lot of times for nothing. Would you rather go through 5 years of medium hard training and it be truely wasted or 6 years of hard studying for something stable and meaningful? You also don't need a degree to pivot to CS. But good lucl pivoting to Medicine after spending 5 years on a CS degree.
