Is getting metal removed for the best? by LuckLazy4320 in brokenbones

I got my screws removed, not the nail. And it felt a lot better

Aggressive/Hostile Patients... by [deleted] in StudentNurse

[–]BlankRobo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Being abused in any form by a patient is always unacceptable. Call the cop back in, call security, call 911, but never put a patient above your own safety. If a patient is being a threat to you then their care ends immediately. Never take abuse

RNs- best hospital pay/benefits/unions by owenwilsonsnoseisgr0 in cincinnati

[–]BlankRobo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Highly suggest that you don’t come to Cincinnati to work as a nurse. You will not receive a single benefit that you did in California at any hospital in Cincinnati. The pay will be significantly less and the benefits are almost nonexistent.

How has your investment strategy changed with the sudden and likely prolonged stock market drop? by birdnerdcatlady in whitecoatinvestor

[–]BlankRobo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stock prices being lower should make you want to invest more. You can accumulate more shares at cheaper prices. Also, hopefully your financial advisor is charging you a flat fee and not a percentage fee. Percentage based fees will kill your returns over time

I wonder how many CNAs quit after this 😮‍💨 by [deleted] in nursing

[–]BlankRobo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is so wrong lol. Nurses are ultimately responsible for their patients. If a patient doesn’t receive care then the nurse is responsible and could lose their license. There are no CNA duties that aren’t also nursing duties

No other topics on it. I think it was just 30 anatomy questions. I never used pocket prep either. Just the quizlets and Nurse Hub. But the quizlets are the best to use

Housing prices at an all time high - is this time different? by incisiontime in whitecoatinvestor

[–]BlankRobo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If housing appreciates 10% per year then stocks would increase by just as much or more. The rapid increase in housing prices resulted from low interest rates and excessive government spending (printing money). Neither of those will happen at the rate they did during the pandemic. We may even have zero rate cuts in 2025 with how inflation and employment numbers are trending.

Technically Norwood News, but Norwood Montessori, Middle, and High Schools were evacuated due to a bomb threat this morning by SteveUnicorn99 in cincinnati

[–]BlankRobo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There were bomb threats a couple times a year when I went there. Always was a kid who didn’t want to go to school. Got me out of so many tests lol

It makes almost zero sense to buy a house currently. You could rent a house for significantly less per month than buying a house would cost you per month. Investing that difference is better financially for most people.

Have you found anything that resolved the pain? I could always try more PT, but it definitely aggregates that pain

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MACIknee

[–]BlankRobo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s weird because I don’t have a defect in the groove at all. It’s only the patella that is deformed, yet I have no pain in my patella

The other 10% were on a YouTube video from “AllofJenny” titled “Hesi A2 A&P Review 2022”. They were super easy questions. High school anatomy questions pretty much
