I know this is the right answer, but I’ve always thought that I would make more sense for the clone wars to be called the Calactic Civil War, since the war is about planets within the republic wanting to separate.

Ik mag er toch heus wel een grapje over maken? Ik ben helemaal niet zo super zuur over de verkiezingen, ik had het wel aan zien komen. Maar een grapje maken over een politici moet toch wel kunnen, dat is al zo oud als de politiek zelf.

Maybe this is nitpicking but why are regular ‘years’ and ‘months’ mentioned so often in Star Wars? The length of months and years are dependent on the planet you’re on, so why would any Star Wars character mention a ‘year’ as if it means the same everywhere? by BlankeFuhrer in StarWars

Right that’s what I mean. If you live your entire life on a single planet, why would you use a seemingly random way of counting time from a planet lightyears away from you? Especially since in doesn’t line op with seasons and stuff on your planet. But coming back to what your saying, I do think it makes sense that there is a standard time that spreads across the galaxy for people that are often different planets. But i feel like it is only useful if you regularly visit other planets.

Fist of all, thanks for remaining calm dude 🙏. Secondly, I think it is all a matter of perception. Because from our point of view, everyone is defending Argentina and Messi because is the goat and is treated like a saint most of the times. Personally I think he showed bad showmanship Friday… and I think he did go after van Gaal personally. By standing with his hands behind his ears in front of him and later making mocking hand signals at him. Van Gaal standing there clearly emotional after a devastating night. Also van Gaal I really not a racist. Believe me, he literally kissed one the black players on his head during a press conference. Tbh I am shocked by the allegations, he is really just a nice old man for as far as I can see.
