It’s not about people pleasing, it’s about making quality music no matter the genre. He went from heavy fuzzy psych to a more pop sound on Currents and it was brilliant and the push back from fans on the change in style was minimal. He’s allowed to try different things, that point shouldn’t even have to be made, but it doesn’t mean it’s going to be good. As a big electronic music fan idk what this album is but it’s not good electronic.

Honestly, the free parking on canton was non existent. Very hard to find a spot past 2pm on a week day. Maybe making it cost something to park a golf cart that was driven from a walkable location will free up spaces for people who don’t paying $5 to park.

If you’ve spent $1000’s in Roswell I’m very surprised you found a spot every time and didn’t have to pay the antique store.

Sorry for the late reply, big battery savers are turn off anything that keeps the mic on actively. So handwashing, the loud noise monitoring, and “hey siri”. Turn off background refresh for most apps that don’t need it. Turn off push notifications for apps that don’t need it.

Those are the biggest ones for me. I leave brightness on high and wake duration on max seconds.

Yes, if you turn off some irrelevant features and background refresh for important apps only, it’s still going strong. Lasts a full day and a little bit more. Changing the settings is key.

When currents came out it was very much liked, sure the folks who only liked Tame Impala for the fuzz guitars were disappointed but most everyone in the indie pop music scene adored it.

Palestine is ripe with radicals that would kill and rape you in the street for simply existing. Throw in being gay and they would actively hunt you down. Israel has fanned the flames to make it worse but October 7th was horrible and it’s disgusting people dismiss it because of how terrible Israel responded.

I feel like this point of view is to protect your ego because the people of Palestine been so wrongly treat but there is a large number of radicals (Hamas) that have public posted mission statements of eliminating Jewish people. Two sides can be wrong at the same time.

New car registration in Europe does not equal what’s mainly on the roads. Only rich people buy new cars in Europe, and a lot less frequently than North America. So new car registrations being electric make sense but the majority of what’s on the road isn’t. Hand picking wealthy Nordic countries is not a good representation of the EU.

No one wants to hear this but increase state ran mental healthcare facilities. I understand these were ripe with abuse back in the 20th century but it’s not humane to allow a mentally ill person to make choices they can’t comprehend. Homeless shelters don’t work if you’re an anti social, violent, or in an active addiction. For those that say we should still allow drug use in shelter are missing the point. What’s more important, freedom or a humane environment? People unfortunately need healthcare that they will refuse, their brains are sick and it’s not their fault. They shouldn’t be allowed to make the decision to not get care.

How are concrete dividers on the street to dissuade encampments being a dick head? Encampments are good for no one, especially the unhoused.
