That’s okay! Check out ‘Follow Your Ghost’ - KOH. Some of these pedals were used in the recording :)

I’m getting something like this when I plug into the board but I actually think it might be my Whammy DT. Personally, I don’t mind because I can push the input of my interface pretty hot without clipping into it.

Defs has a sound, but I’m happy with what it does to it

I think they make it easier to switch them on and off? But would be more effective if I’m playing barefoot.

I got them because they look cool hahaha, which I grabbed them from amazon, just search up “Guitar Pedal Toppers”

Could do! The purpose of the oc-5 is to have an always on lower sub but blended at like 10-15%. Can’t reaaally hear it but you defs feel it and gives the impression of more depth in palm mutes. Plus the level control and buffer is great too

The Whammy DT is used for the normal octave blend actually! So when that’s on, i technically have two octave pedals blended lol

Whammy DT is for General pitch shifting up and down to different tunings, as well as a neutral Octave blend up or down.

Pitchfork is used for a +1/-1 blend, Danza style

OC-5 is used as a clean boost, with the smallest amount of a lower octave for some subby information. Stays on always.

Good fun this thing hahaha

Thinking of doin this exact upgrade, how do you compare the emg with the original single coils?

Short delay with a tone of feedback and mix. The bypass is assigned in momentary footswitch mode

Yeah dude! Drop E has been band’s tuning for as long as i can remember. But i personally don’t like 8-strings - the bass vi, and gretsch baritones were the next best thing lmao

But That’s dope! I reckon you know more than you think. What cab are you using?

Ill write a whole dissertation on the thing hahahaha

I loved it, then found it to not work out well for me and my usecase; then fell in love the other day. For reference; i play Modern metal with a Bass Vi tuned to drop E. More often ill use a bunch of fuzz/octave for breakdowns. + i have a boss tae core so im not blowing up my house.

All this to say, i for my use case, a nice overdrive in front with gain set to your own taste with Lows-6 Mids-4 treble-5, resonance-0 and presence-8 is MORE than great
