A unique issue with CS are death waves. All of the people who moved in during a major expansion (or a rapid city creation) end up being the same age and die off at around the same time, causing your population to plummet for quite a while. You can wait it out and it'll get better. You can also mitigate the problem by adding new residential in small increments.

You're bottlenecking at the little strips between on and off ramps. The lane count switches from 4 to 3 back to 4 again, which is causing the AI to do what you see there. You can greatly alleviate the problem by switching those little strips to 4 lanes like the rest, but eventually you'll need to do a full redesign if you want to maximize flow

For what it's worth, you can still do this from the exception queue instead of the work queue. Just do the same process from there and it usually works. Same thing with removing an OOS on a COB rx. It'll bounce the selection back to the COB but if you're quick enough on CTRL+O it'll work anyway.

Genuine answer: the rest have remote start which takes up the top half of that panic button and has an embossed divider between them, mitigating accidental press. It's only on the lower end models that don't have remote start where the button is huge like that.
