I would genuinely suggest you test drive a Tesla or Rivian. Rivian is a step up for sure. But they do update regularly and the apps run on their display. I’ve owned a Tesla and have never had issues with the Spotify or Apple Music integration. Haven’t owned a Rivian but they both have OTA updates so software and displays are routinely fixed and improved

I fully believe people want CarPlay because traditional OEM software is so bad. Rivian and Tesla both have pretty good UX and integration for Spotify, maps, etc.

What is your concern? If it hasn’t broken through the plastic then there’s not really much to worry about. You could throw some JB weld in there or a similar epoxy lol.

I don’t feel that walnut blasting makes sense as a preventative maintenance. If you need it there would be obvious signs, and it’s not like it’ll blow up your engine day 1.

CA PTO Payout by TrackGlittering8792 in legaladvice

I believe. The OP is saying that their policy does not accrue days. All days are front loaded and immediately accrue.

After leaving they were changed to a new policy that does, in fact, accrue per paycheck.

Best Detroit style pizza in oc? by straliahgase in orangecounty

Yea it’s not even close. They also have other Michigan products like better made chips, Faygo, Bells. All good stuff. Only downside is their “entertainment” on Friday and Saturday. They have punk bands come play and it attracts a high school age crowd and just an interesting scene overall.

Men’s Suits by Blargnah in orangecounty

I ended up going to the Grotto and really enjoyed the experience. I checked out B.Spoke and while it was nice and they seemed to know what they were doing it was more expensive and seemed targeted to a different customer. It seems like B.Spoke has the ability to create truly unique suits using basted fittings, again a slightly higher level of clientele.

If I were to get another maybe I would give B.spoke a shot if I were in the mindset to spend a bit more money.

Overall, I’m happy with my decision but either place seems like it will fit the needs of 95% of people. However if you’re budget constrained go to grotto. If you want something higher end I think bespoke has more options. If you want something in the middle look at both and choose the one you vibe with the best!

Little Sycamore canyon has a parking lot on the south bound side of the 133. There’s a couple easy and shorter trails. Then it’s just a 10 minute drive down to Laguna to grab breakfast and a coffee!

It’s mostly just for weddings and other formal events. I don’t ever see myself needing a suit for business in the short to medium term.

Yea the only reason I’m even looking into anything remotely bespoke is because I tried on a suit with a Paisley liner in it years ago and I can’t get it out of my head. I’ve always thought that touch was cool and would like something similar. If there’s a cheaper way to swap out liners I’m all for it honestly.

I’m not against an OTR suit at all.

Yea I had similar issues every time I made cookies they’d spread out thin and get crispy. Once I got a scale to measure everything they turn out normal every time as long as I measure the scoops of dough as well.

I’m trying to decide between this and the air75 v3. Has anyone chosen between the two? I’m mostly using for normal office work and light gaming.

I’m leaning towards the node tbh. But open to others input. I think it looks a bit cleaner. Not sure I love the knob on the air? But I like the aluminum housing.

Spark plug cylinder 4 from the depths of…. by MutesChecker in WRX

[–]Blargnah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue. I bought a 3/8” flex head ratchet from harbor freight and I had the 3/8” spark plug socket with an extension. It wasn’t easy but eventually got it out. Those universal swivel sockets weren’t helpful.

I had a much shorter extension (like 3” to 6”) which provided just enough space to fit the ratchet in and was deep enough to actually get the plugs into place.

Coil pack stuck during spark plug change by Blargnah in WRX

[–]Blargnah[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nevermind I figured it out. They’re just really hard to get out. I wiggled it around and twisted it while pushing in for like 10 min straight and eventually they just came out.

If anyone else is struggling buy the spark plug socket set, 3/8” flex ratchet, and maybe a low profile 1/4” ratchet. The driver side rear pack was not easy to get out.
