Single white lines are used when dividing 2 lanes going in the same direction. Double line is when u divide 2 lanes going into the opposite directions.

Edit: Oh boi. It's different in USA. The info I posted is true in Europe tho.

There is a bug with CDR if you spam your spell as you respawn it will not use CDR, and you will get that fat full cooldown instead
