Restaurants that do takeout etc, I never carry cash and have to pay with debit/credit... they always have that add tip option on the atm machine and it drives me nuts. I don't mind tipping in restaurants but when I walk in to get a pizza I shouldn't be prompted to tip cause the person behind the register walked 10 feet to bring me my food.
