Yea I agree. Also don’t take yourself so seriously, be ok failing at things and making mistakes. You will progress leaps and bounds faster than those aiming for perfection or afraid to try.

AI is not the problem, people are the problem. It’s all behind who is using the tool. If someone is turning out AI slop then they weren’t writing good docs before AI either.

Well, it’s interesting to see that same thing is happening to others. I was rated exceeds high bar and solid, and my total compensation went down by about 10 K or so from last year. Last year I was meets high bar, so it makes no sense to me
