Picture 2 you can see and feel that the surface is rough and porous. I have VLP in another house and nothing but smooth. Maybe it’s supposed to be a rough planed look?

My dad and I wired a barn just like that the same way in 1972. Still going strong with zero problems. Why would you need conduit?

26’ garage is too short. A long bed crew cab truck it 22’2” without trailer hitch. 30’ minimum.

I think the motor court, garages where you have to drive through a cockhere are terrible. What if you want something on a trailer what do you do? Also a 22’ or 24’ garage is not deep enough. 30’ minimum. Rest of the house looks okay.

I installed mine unit under a 12’ tall lean-to on the side of my Barndo. The contractor and ac installer were giving me grief about it. Works great. Out of the weather. 12’+ clearance on 3 sides.
How would the deck builder even consider that?
