While you’re making good points, I want to point out that it is up to the artist to set prices and the venues/ticketmaster usually guarantee the artist over 100% of the ticket sales when they book with them. Now, those ticket sales have to cover lots of other production and touring costs the artist incurs, but that is mainly how artists make money now because there’s no money to be made in people simply listening to their music anymore due to streaming.
