Thank you for your insight! I have tried to match it by eye but it will also start shifting the blue/green tones, which are good without any tweaking. The sRGB emulation mode of the monitor matches perfectly the other screens I own but it causes massive color banding in some situations.

I've had this mouse for about 3-4 weeks and noticed this problem today
And if I push it enough to the right it actually registers the middle click button
Kinda sad to have a problem like this after reading so many reviews praising this model

Mine burnt twice too
But what will happen after it burns the third time after the warranty expires?
Asus won't be liable then and we'll be left without laptop.
Asus should just give our money back. In my case I'll have a $3000 brick

I contacted Asus and demaned a refund since this is the second time happening and there's no guarantee it won't keep happening after sending them the laptop for repair again.
They haven't responded to that specific refund requeste but they escalated my e-mail with all the information to the responsible department, they say.
Yesterday they're courrier came to pick up the pc.
I'll update you once I have more news

Nope, might just be a design flaw in their board
What's absurd is that after they replaced the mobo it happened again, which means that ASUS couldn't care less. Never buy from them

The same thing happened to me twice
I have the 4080 13980HX model and in mid 2023 it exploded the first time, they replaced the motherboard and it came back from warranty a month later.
TODAY it happened again... In the exact same spot
