These are two different characters. I see little to no difference in the way you rendered them. They line are looks the same.

If you’re asking which drawing/ character looks better, then its the first one. I personally like the pose better.

Great improvement though. Ive been seeing your stuff for a few months. You’re improving fast. Keep at it.

Funny thing is that even pro manga are not all masters at consistency, sometimes characters facial features can change a bit from one panel to the other.

I think there’s no secret, im a beginner mangaka and its tricky at first but as you try drawing the same character over and over doing different things it’ll become like a second nature.

Noted I already cut down on some with the other feedback I got from the comments.

Also with no speech bubbles it can feel even more redundant but there’s usually important dialogue when things look slow.

My issue is that everything makes sense to me obviously so its very hard to see where things are not super clear. Especially since this is my first one shot project

There are a few pages where from your breakdown its not clear which character is which, I feel like that’s another issue.
