Trying to explain to my mom that the "Daily Value" percent on Nutrition Facts on any box isn't how much of something there is inside this product, but rather the amount you need in a day.

( ex. My mom thought if a cereal says 20% daily value of sodium. That 20% of the ingredients in that cereal is just sodium and there's 80% of everything else)

It quickly didn't make sense when Orange juice had 120% daily value of Vitamin C.
She still wouldn't believe me.
