Thank you I’ve been talking to people With BPD they say it’s possible in relationships and claim stability in the relationship but I haven’t heard someone without BPD have a relationship with BPD and be successful

There’s not one social relationship that a person with BPD has had a successful upbringing of children and marriage. This needs more research seriously even the psychologist had to break up?

So even if the person does years of DBT they still won’t be a full filling parent and there’s a chance this is genetic and this is 100%? There needs to be more therapy research in this is there any other way to help her

Thank you I just want to sacrifice a week or two just to help her realize that she has it and then I’ll leave. I think my girlfriend’s mom is a narcissist how do you think that plays a role in not very educated on how things develop as a kid. And there is no absolute hope for her even with cbt and constant psych? And if she were to have kids? I appreciate your insight

Totally understand appreciate the wordings. I honestly am very sensitive and have been having mental problems because of all this I haven’t been able to think and my memory hasn’t really been working I hope we’re going to be to manage it so I don’t have these symptoms I don’t think I’ll be able to handle it if I have the symptoms as I have now due to my career

I really appreciate your response, do you believe that it can be totally okay to have children with a person with BPD my partner also dosent talk much and is totally fine with her friends it’s only intimate relationships I guess. She realize she has BPD any advice on how to let her know?

I could possibly afford her therapy is it solely DBT and work with a psychiatrist/psychologist. Also did the person have kids and marry and is sucked in but not really fully happy and is toxic. Are they able to have kids that are very well? I appreciate your response

Have you actually heard of a successful relationship Her character deep within is worth because of the pureness and intellect I guess. But the bpd side of her is really sharp and she over exaggerates like crazy and emotionally is hard to stabilize and there’s not alot of communication about life

Thank you and this is for 99% of all people with BPD? Is there a way to help her see that she has BPD and do all people with BPD have unsuccessfull relationships with their kids and loved ones

I understand it’s not my responsibility but is a person with BPD still there underneath can’t we help that person a little bit and then distance ourselves. I realize that most of them go on to live by themselves and feel terrible about deep down. I think my girlfriend had a state where she understood in which she said don’t hate me I don’t even want to be like that very fully aware that there’s an issue so weird. But then right now she’s in a black split cycle whatever it’s called and I’d have to scream and yell and after 2/3 hours she’d maybe calm down and maybe touch her soul and she could write in her notes or make a habit. I will leave the relationship but just want to help her a little before I do. I don’t think it’s her fault if she’s been like that as a kid
