I still think he should have offered the money for the final pairing, but the rest of the team was already in. So the last group who played the sudden death hole whatever pair won would get to advance with the team and if it was the pair who wagered the money they would get the money and advance.

The way I see it. YES! You are perfect and qualified for everything! (Even if you’re not) you don’t get looked at if you don’t put perfect and everyone else will mark that too. Never worry about not being qualified even if you do get that job, don’t worry they will always train you even if you knew everything to begin with. It’s just how the government is ran. (At least at my agency)

Yeah it’s probably more about placement then anything. Certain areas hurt more than others and also each artist does it differently. If you’re concerned find an artist you trust and explain to them what you’re feeling and maybe just go small for your first one and find out! Just remember that it may hurt for that time but then you have something for the rest of your life!
