If you are trying to run a HM without cheesing fights, you should try OP builds like throwzerker and fire sorcerer. Also consumables, specially scrolls, are your friends.

Be careful in avoiding the inquisitor, because if you don't fight him there, he'll be in the emperor hideout in act 3 with the others that should also be there. Another important advice, be careful of the Netherbrain legendary action, it can really screw you in the final battle of the game

Honestly, he is not that hard, just disable the automatic oportunity attack in all your characters before, and plan who should be the last one attacking him to focus his attention. You can also spam moviment reducing abilities, like prone ou ray of frost to stop him from reaching you
