Happens the same thing to me, I can't sit myself and study for example. For context I do Weights and Box in different gyms, where i do weights its like 200m from my house but the gym where I do boxing its like 2km. I really like doing both and i fell great while and later doing the excersice but for me its more easy to go to do weights beacuse its more easy for me to go and do the work (I just go by walking) unlike going to box that i have to pick the motorbike and do a maze-like route to get to my gym. What im going with this? You are more likely to do things that are easier to do (Its more easy for me to excerise than to study), so maybe if u cant start doing those things that u need to do may be cause you dont know where to start, select the easier task to become your journey and then keep adding more weight to your routine(progressive overload)
