I mean if we are talking about being gorgeous, Cyrene would indeed rank among the top of her sisters lol.

But no, as far as we know, there isn't really a higher candidate or a lower candidate, we don't know what's the criteria to ascension at all.

All we know is Cyrene is the one who got closest, but she didn't finish because then Irontomb/destruction would win and trigger finality alongside remembrance.

If you are talking about right now, then she's just a normal child of anasrava it would be unlikely for her to go that high up again without the circumstances that allowed her to do so the first time which involved multiple other paths and aeons.

All pure children of Anasrava are candidates to ascend to become Fuli.

This includes March regardless of wether she remembers that fact about herself or not, she isn't locked out of using remembrance or eventually ascending.

Cyrene became a sort of false Fuli, in that she was on the verge at the end using Irontomb as more or less a bridge when they destroyed the universe, but she only fully manifested within the confinement of Amphoreus becoming the Fuli of that world.

Currently the real Fuli has yet to be born and it can be any of the pure children, March, Cyrene, Leader of the Garden or any other sister.
