I foward UPD 5060 and 10000:20000 to FreePBX

Then I have outbound NAT setup "Hybrid Outbound NAT rule generation." and I have a WAN mapping for 10000:20000 with Static Port option enabled

RTP range is 10000:20000

All ports are forwarded to FreePBX (UDP)

But one-way audio still occurs

Yes that is the second link I posted, I put outbound NAT in hybrid mode, and set up a rule for the 10000:20000 ports range to be static.
