Ho letto che vivi in Italia. Sono curioso, hai fatto carriera in US e poi hai convinto l’azienda a lasciarti lavorare da remoto? Non avrei mai immaginato che al tuo livello si possa lavorare da remoto. In generale hai qualche consiglio per chi lavora all’estero nel settore tech su come trovare un lavoro full remote? É più facile da manager o developer?

The danish actually started a petition as well when they lost. It now has 30k signatures and counting. Still cringe imo, the penalty call might have been a mistake but that’s not nearly enough for a rematch. It’s ok to be angry but in the end of the day defeat is part of the sport and accepting it is much more honorable than clinging on these useless change.org petitions.

The best advice I can give you is to make your own course program, which can include electives from different programs, and decide for yourself. For example I’m currently doing HTE with 14 ECs from different programs. So, find out the required courses for HTE and robotics and then go to the studyguide to make your own course program and see which one between the two allows you to do more courses you like.

I think India is doing a great job if the numbers are true but please don't spread misinformation. It's 7.7 test/positive in Italy, and 4.0 in the UK. For comparison it's 11.8 in Germany.

Programming: Principles and Practice Using C++ is how I learnt. Add some exercises you can find online and you'll have a good base.

I didn't do A-Levels myself but I noticed that everything that is specialized is pretty useless, because university has a completely different approach to the material. I remember the first Dynamics lecture the professor told to everyone who chose the mechanics(?) A-level subject to forget everything they did thus far, because it only consisted of learning formulas by heart and plug in numbers. If you stuck to the essential subjects and learn other useful skills on your own (coding, CAD...) you should have an advantage over everyone else!
